摘要
Multiphase composites with multiwalled carbon nanobutes (MWNT), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polystyrene (PS) were prepared by melt process in a HAKKE Rheocord. The composites with a composition of LDPE/PS (50/50) exhibited a relative lower electrical percolation of 4 wt%. SEM micrographs showed that the improvement of conductivity can be attributed to MWNT preferably located in LDPE phase and formed electrically conductive path. The positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect of composites further confirmed that MWNT selectively located in LDPE phase.
