摘要
The control mechanism of TFRC algorithm has conflict with the basic velocity of demand of multimedia information. To solve this problem, this paper proposed improved TFRC scheme taking balance into account. In multimedia data scream transmission that has higher demand for real time, TFRC tends to cause that transmission velocity is lower than set velocity, and real-time data transmission effectiveness. Our algorithm provides the standard to determine tolerance congestion degree factor and network status. It ensures the multimedia stream satisfying normal display can be sent at the minimum rate, under different congestion degrees, to make congestion control for real-time multimedia stream transmission.
