摘要：

Association of the usual "RhCl3-3H(2)O-2PPh(3)" catalytic precursor (0.3%) with n-Bu(4)Pl (65 equiv/Rh) and iodine (2 equiv/Rh) generates the most active catalytic system reported so far for the hydroamination of ethylene with aniline to give mixtures of N-ethyl- and NN-diethylanilines. This system proved particularly efficient for the hydroamination of ethylene with N-ethylaniline (TON > 260 after 24 h).
