Selection on technological innovation model of SMB

The small and medium-sized business (SMB) in the economic development in China is of great importance to the position and role, but technological innovation determines the survival and development of SMB. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of SMB in technological innovation, then discusses the current situation of SMB, and finally, conducts an in-depth analysis of the model of the technological innovation of SMB and points out SMB which is in poor economic and technological strength, and immediately need technical innovation and product upgrading, should be given to using imitative pattern first, followed by model of cooperation and innovation, and it would be premature to adopt independent innovation model.
