摘要
The employed personnel in industrial SMEs with labour-intensive, specifically for the sector is characterized clothing in Colombia. The case analyzes the industrial group 1410 - confection of cloths, except leather articles-focusing in the Metropolitan representative Areas according to the Manufacturing Annual Survey, 2014. This industrial group has the highest percentages of occupied staff (9.6%) and participation in the total number of establishments (10.5%) sample. The sector has more than 100 years of history and is recognized as a great employer. SMEs face the challenge of managing staff as a source of competitive advantage. Wage differences between types of contracts and MA are. Medellin is known for higher levels of costs and labor expenses. The staff is characterized by identifying proportions of participation by gender, AM, type of contract and Manager in the personnel employed in the sector.
