摘要：

In recent years, "institutional logic" which began in the 70's of the last century has gradually become a hot issue in the field of organizational studies. This paper reviews the origin of institutional logic, gives an overview of the research achievements on institutional logic in western scholars, summarizes the connotation and classifications, and puts forward some suggestions for future development of local research on.
