摘要：

Infratemporal space is a rare location for an abscess. Reported cases had established the risk factors for the development including dental infection or procedures, trauma or maxillary sinus infection. We report a case of an immunocompromised patient who developed subacute temporal fossa cellulitis with subsequent abscess formation. The outline of the disease and its management is discussed.
