摘要
This paper deals with the modeling of a piezoelectric actuator taking into account the effect of hysteresis. The model used for the description of the hysteresis phenomenon is that of Bouc-Wen. This model has been used extensively in various engineering areas during the last decade. The Bouc-Wen model consists in a first-order nonlinear state equation, and an output equation where the input and state signals appear linearly. In this paper, this model is modified adequately to describe with a reasonable precision the experimentally observed hysteretic behavior of a piezoelectric actuator.
