摘要
In the present investigation a model of optimal PMU location for electrical power systems under N-1 contingency is proposed; based on constraints of complete observability and redundancy in measurements. A comparison of the location before and after the occurrence of contingencies is made, for which mixed integer linear programming is used as an optimization technique. The optimal solution that minimizes the quantity of PMU deployed in a power system guarantees full observability and maximizes redundancy in case some transmission line or PMU goes out of operation. To test the proposed model, the IEEE test models of 9, 14, 30 and 118 buses were used.
