From the status quo independent college faculty, this paper introduces that independent college faculty has a complex teachers group with different age, title structure, knowledge structure, which is irrational. Besides, there are problem with young teachers training mechanism. Combined with the actual situation in Zhuhai College of Jilin University, the paper analyzes the way of the training young teachers. Career planning can be carried out through the help of teachers, training teachers in teaching skills, encourage teachers to carry out research activities, and so on. Teacher's performance assessment work, the use of incentive pay will greatly improve teachers' enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and enhance the quality of teachers teaching responsibility and awareness.
