摘要:
A team leader's proactive personality is of great significance to enhance team effectiveness. Team strategic consensus has a substantial impact on team performance. This study analyzes the joint effects of team leaders' proactive personality and team strategic consensus on team performance. The results show that team leaders' proactive personality positively influences team performance. Team strategic consensus weakens the positive effect of team leaders' proactive personality on team performance. This paper enriches the research on team leadership and team performance, and also provides important practical implications for team performance management.
