The application of BIM virtual construction technology in engineering management can realize intensive management and fine management. It can improve the quality of construction, save construction costs and prevent rework later. In this paper, the author analyzes and discusses the application of BIM virtual construction technology in engineering management, hoping to be of reference significance to the relevant practitioners.
