摘要
Promoting the replacement of fossil energies by renewable energy sources (RES) is the trend of social transformation and progress. Energy internet aims to lower the dependence on traditional fossil energies, and to increase the utilization efficiency of RES to the greatest extent. In regions like northern China, plenty of RES are being abandoned every year, especially in heating season. Meanwhile, most residents in these regions are now using seriously polluted coal fired ways for warmth. Clean heating system utilizes excess RES replacing coal fired ways to meet heat demand. Due to the volatility and uncertainty of intermittent renewable energy, to guarantee reliable heating service, distributed heat storage devices and support from thermal power are necessary. In this way, either bigger or smaller scale of the clean heating would lead to inefficient utilization of resources in view of the electricity-heat integrated energy system. Based on energy internet technology, from the perspective of minimizing fossil energy consumption of the integrated energy system, combining planning issues and coordinated optimization operation issues, the paper proposes an optimal planning model to optimize the scale of the clean heating and capacity of electric heating devices as well as thermal storage devices. At last, simulation in the West Inner Mongolia Power Grid shows the running condition of the system and optimization results.
