摘要
One easy, safe, and effective in situ method for preparing magnetic polyaniline nanocomposite containing hypervalent iodine(III) as a heterogeneous catalyst is presented in this paper. Our approach is based on two steps preparation, firstly synthesis of inorganic and organic nanocomposite material by using solvothermal method under controlled condition and then activation of inorganic partial for catalytic purposes. In this way, Fe3O4-PANI-I(OAc)(2) nanocomposite as recoverable heterogeneous nanocatalyst was successfully prepared and its different aspects was investigated by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analysis. Conversion of various benzyl alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes in optimized model reaction was evaluated, considering the effects of solvents, reaction time, temperatures and catalyst amount on yield reaction were reported. The results demonstrated that this catalyst have good stability and recyclability even after five times.
