摘要：
We present an experimental study of the properties of a dense electron-hole plasma in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells. A high spatial resolution Photo luminescence setup including spectral and temporal analysis has been developed to test the possibility of collective emission from an electron-hole plasma.
