摘要
This article have represented the mechanism of the suppressing explosion of the flammable gas and described the whole suppressing process accurately through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of suppressing explosion technology of the flammable gas. The results have practical significance to draw the protecting measures to reduce the occurrence of the disaster and minimize the personnel and property losses caused by the explosion chain reactions. Simultaneously, they can enrich and consummate the theories on explosion of gases. On the basis of analyses and a lot of experiments, we add nitrogen as the inertia media to explosive field to change the explosion limits of the poly-ingredient explosive gases and discuss the problem on the suppressing explosion of the poly-ingredient explosive artificial coal gases. The results indicate that nitrogen as a inertia media has shorten the value length of the explosive limits of the artificial coal gases, increased the lower explosive limit and decreased the flammability of the artificial coal gas. When the concentration reaches to a some value, the nitrogen may change the artificial coal gas to incombustible gas and suppress the explosion. So the safety problems on the poly-ingredient explosive gases are solved.
