摘要
Cyclodextrin-mediated, capillary zone electrophoresis was used for the chiral separation of chloroquine and pemoline. Optimization experiments for the choice of cyclodextrins and the concentration of sulfobutyl ether beta-cyclodextrin were performed. Complete separations were obtained with a resolution of 2.1 for chloroquine in 2.5 mM sulfobutyl ether beta-cyclodextrin and a resolution of 1.4 for pemoline in 1.0 mM sulfobutyl ether beta-cyclodextrin, respectively, from which further biomedical research, such as pharmacodynamic or pharmacokinetic study and quantitative determination, could subsequently be facilitated.
