摘要:
Fast lithium ion conducting glass-ceramics containing Li3-xAl2-xGex(PO4)(3) (x=1.1 similar to 1.9) crystalline phase were prepared from Li2O-Al2O3-GeO2-P2O5 glasses. The results indicate that the glass-ceramics are mainly composed of solid solution LiGe2(PO4)(3) in the whole x range, following by a small quantity of GeO2 and AlPO4 crystals as the impurity phases. The total ionic conductivity sigma(t) reaches a maximum value of 5.72x10(-4) S.cm(-1) at room temperature in Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)(3) glass-ceramic with homogeneous crystals distribution.
