Evaluation of innovation projects in Companies with a Significant Degree of Technological Intensity

The article shows a proposal for the evaluation of innovation projects in Companies with a Significant Degree of Technological Intensity, an issue that is necessary since the lack of use of the levels of technological capacity of these companies limits placing them towards technological and innovation goals strategically consistent. It is known that the lack of use of tools for evaluation, classification and improvement in companies can hinder the generation of innovation projects. The general objective of the research was to propose a procedure with an associated tool for the evaluation and selection of innovation projects in Significant Degree Companies of Technological Intensity in Cuba. The theoretical and methodological foundations are based on organization theory, specifically on the resource and capacity approaches. Research techniques such as logical historical analysis, documentary review and mathematical-statistical techniques were used. The main result is the procedure and the tool associated with it. As a fundamental conclusion of the investigation is the elaboration of the tool with an evaluation index structured in four dimensions and the conformation of evaluation criteria distributed by dimensions.
