摘要
The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of autonomic nervous system in early recurrence of atrial fibrillation after electrical cardio-version. Analysis of heart rate variability in 60 patients with maintenance and one-month recurrence of atrial fibrillation after conversion on amiodarone treatment was performed. 500 RR intervals were recorded in lying, in standing and again in lying positions. Spectral components - very low frequency (VLF), low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF) and LF/HF ratio index were distinguished. Decreased LF/HF ratio in standing position in the early recurrence of atrial fibrillation after electrical cardioversion is as marker of sinus rhythm maintenance. The data indicated that reduced vagal influence characterize in the patients early recurrence of atrial fibrillation.
