摘要
We measure the yellow P-exciton absorption spectra of Cu2O via temperature-dependent spectroscopy (4-100 K). We study exciton resonance spectral properties in terms of peak energy, spectral linewidth, and oscillator strength according to well-known scaling laws. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
