摘要
Although the whole severe safety status in Chinese coal mines comparing with other countries, several coal mines in China have achieved very good safety performance recently. Mine A, mine B and mine C are just among these mines. According to one of Chinese coal mine accident causation models, people's unsafe act, equipments' unsafe condition and environment's unsafe factors are the direct reasons for causing coal mine accidents. In order to find some good, practical and effective safety management methods to prevent Chinese coal mine accidents, this paper just takes mine A. mine B, and mine C as examples and introduces some new safety management methods based on the accident causation model above. These new management methods are "Safety Partner" from mine A, "Equipment Operation Permit" from mine B and "Safety Warning Cards" from mine C, and they are based on the principle of coal mine accident causation model for reducing persons' unsafe acts, changing equipments' unsafe conditions and avoiding environment's unsafe factors respectively. At the same time, these three methods carried out in these mines have attained good effect, thus they can give us some advice and inspiration for Chinese coal mines' safety management.
