Research on the information integration in the intelligent manufacturing system

The developing tendency of intelligent manufacturing technology is integration, intelligence, internetworking and interaction. This paper introduces the domestic and oversea survey in intelligent manufacturing system. An integrated architecture of intelligent manufacturing system is proposed, which can lay over the whole activities of the product life cycle, and the agent-oriented technology is applied. The main feature of this system is information-integrated based on the unified product data model according to the STEP standard. The generalized feature concept of the product is described. The integrated information model of product is put forward. Finally, the interesting and helpful conclusions are obtained.
