摘要：

A short and facile synthesis of imidazo[1,2-c]quinazolin-5(6H)-ones and benzimidazo[1,2-c]quinazolin-6(5H)-ones was accomplished in good yields via the novel reductive cyclization of 2-(2-nitrophenyl)-imidazoles or 2-(2-nitrophenyl)benzoimidazoles with isocyanates promoted by low-valent titanium reagent.
