摘要
This article argues that morally ignorant perpetrators are blameworthy for acts of historical injustice if two conditions hold: Firstly, the perpetrators are exposed to so called epistemic triggers for reflection on the deontic status of wrong moral beliefs; secondly, they are members of epistemically sufficiently competent societies. The latter is the case if a society masters locally principles of good epistemic practice.
