A broadband dual-polarization antenna array operating at millimeter wave band (24-29 GHz) for 5G cellular communication is presented. The antenna unit achieves dual-polarized and unidirectional broadside radiation. The proposed antenna also possesses a -10 dB impedance bandwidth of 22.2% and a port isolation of more than 14.7dB. This work further extends to a 1X4 array antenna with an isolation better than 14.3 dB. Under the premise of the edge angle gain decreases less than 3 dB, the beam-scanning array can realize a scanning angle from - 57.71 degrees to +73.75 degrees with the peak gain of 10.45 dBi and a scanning angle from -66.51 degrees to +62.61 degrees with the peak gain of 9.73 dBi when the port 1-1 similar to port 1-4 and port 2-1 similar to port 2-4 are excited respectively at 27GHz.
