摘要：

Through questionnaire, systematic analysis and software engineering, the paper had analyzed service process and functions and designed structure and sections of exercise health promotion management system. During the course of that, a system was set up which included 5 parts: personal health information, physical health monitoring, health risk assessment, health promotion plan and systematic information management. This system is aimed at monitoring health conditions of individuals so as to help them realize self-management of personal health.
