摘要:
This paper presents the design of a low-loss fixed-tuned 4th-harmonically pumped mixer at 330-340GHz. A Teratech anti-parallel Schottky diodes is used and flip-chip mounted on a 0.05mm-thick suspend quartz substrate. The simulation performance of the mixer exhibits a conversion loss below 10 dB over the range from 330-340GHz, and the best conversion loss of 8.3 dB achieved at 338GHz.
