摘要：
We provide a floristic and taxonomic treatment ofFicussect.Americanaefor the Brazilian state of Acre. The section is represented in Acre by 30 species.Ficus dugandiiandF. pastasanaare reported from Brazil for the first time. We reestablish several species, among themF. regularis(previously considered a synonym ofF. trigona) andF. mathewsiiandF. subapiculata(both previously considered subspecies ofF. americana).Ficus acreanais treated here as a synonym ofF. panurensis. We designate lectotypes forF. obtusifolia,F. pallida, andF. ypsilophlebia.
