摘要
The parameter h(max)/t (where h(max) is the maximum depth of the plastic zone under the fracture surface, t is the specimen or part thickness) estimated by X-ray diffraction is shown to be used as a general criterion for the local state of stress of the material at the crack tip during static, impact, and cyclic loading of coarse-grained and ultrafine-grained materials.
