摘要
The evaporation rates of Ti-6Al-4V, on the basis of thermodynamics of liquid solutions of the melt components were discussed. The ideal evaporation rate was calculated on the basis of Langmuir equation and thermodynamic calculations. It was found that the evaporation rate of each component increased with an increase in temperature. Analysis showed that the temperature dependence for Al was less than that for Ti and was slightly affected by alloying with V.
