摘要
The extremely tempting theoretical aspects of conflict and crisis, as a whole, basically mean to run through a few reference works dedicated to this field so as to initiate oneself in the issue. Familiarization with the basics of the field is necessary to better understand the structure and functioning mechanisms. Thus, we studied and synthesized the defining aspects of crises - in the view of economists, psychologists, historians and political scientists, specialists in public relations. Then we insisted on certain basic features of the phenomenon, such as the values and the range of crisis opportunities (listed by Gerald Meyers), but making a clear distinction between crises, on the one side, and problems, incidents, accidents and conflicts, on the other side, according to the actions and stages of a sub-domain - conflictology. The typology of crises appeared to be also extremely rich, as well as their classification according to specific criteria: crises of development, crises of the image, internal crises, external crises, crises in politics etc.
