摘要
An efficient and clean protocol was developed for the convenient synthesis of pyrano[2,3-c] pyrazoles via a one-pot four-component reaction of commercially available aldehydes, malononitrile, ethyl acetoacetate (or ethyl benzoylacetate), and hydrazine hydrate (or phenylhydrazine). The reactions were conducted in aqueous EtOH in the presence of sodium citrate as a catalyst. A series of pyrano[2,3-c] pyrazole derivatives were quickly obtained in excellent yields using this eco-friendly four-component onepot reaction.
