摘要
This paper analyzes the theory of the spectrum diagnosis of rotating machinery and time -frequency localization features of wavelet transform. The local singularity of the equipment condition's inspecting signals during the wavelet transform is also studied. The wavelet type and the decomposition layer is chosen rationally, according to the characteristic of the vibration signals in practice and the multi-measure decomposition of the wavelet transform. Through the inspection of the time-domain waveforms of the vibration signals and the analysis under frequency domain, the condition of the running equipment and the faults can be distinguished.
