摘要
In the Islamic Low there are four different ways of understanding, four Islamic Schools of Law, even taking into account de some Low principles: the Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi'i and Hanbali School. These four main Schools of Low have their own Low books, different ways of solving identical problems and do not have the same ways of applying the priority in the Law sources. In this paper, we will show the development of the Maliki Islamic School of Law in Arabic Spain.
