摘要:
In this paper an intelligent ladle furnace (ILF) control system is present. The main functions and system structure is introduced. The system applied combined artificial intelligent technology for ladle furnace heat balance calculation and steel temperature prediction, dynamic energy input optimization and intelligent electrode control. The application results achieved are given to demonstrate the capability of this intelligent control system.
