摘要
Mathematical modeling of radiation-induced adaptation by changing the DCF (dose change factor) from the time interval was carried out. The selected function describes the experimental data with an approximate value of R-2 = 0.95. The model was tested on a yeast culture of a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The yeast culture was contained in a nutrient medium of the composition: 4 % sugar, 96 % distilled water, cell counting was carried out using a Goryaev's chamber. Based on the experimental results, the DCF parameter was calculated. For a time interval of up to 4 weeks, an adaptive response was observed, estimated by the DCF parameter.
