摘要：

Started from the process of knowledge management in libraries and the process of knowledge innovation, this paper discussed the strong coupling between knowledge management in academic library and science knowledge innovation in university. The improvement of knowledge management in libraries would transfer and transform knowledge capital in university, and therefore reduce scientific research costs and improve scientific innovation efficiency at the same time. On the other hand, university scientific innovation has put forward higher requirement in library knowledge management. Finally, this paper concludes that academic libraries should not only improve knowledge management themselves but also enhance knowledge capital management in universities to meet different knowledge service requirement at different phases in the process of university scientific knowledge innovation.
