摘要：

The development of expressway has a pivotal significance for the growth of economy in China's western regions, the funds financing channels of China's expressway construction have undergone continuous changes, the selection of financing approach is an issue needed to be carefully considered by the initiator of the project. The basic features of project financing and several common used financing patterns of expressway are first discussed in this paper, on the basis, using the fuzzy AHP integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to build the comparison and selection model of expressway's project financing approaches from four aspects of financing cost, financing risk, financing amount, financing time, the detailed comparison and selection process and procedures are also presented in this paper.
