摘要
Based on studying influence factors involved in project investment decision, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established firstly. According to fuzzy membership grade method that can transfer the qualitative evaluation to the quantitative one, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. Combined with case to analyze it is confirmed that application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in project investment decision is practicable and effective.
