摘要
The results of experiments focused on the effect of the hydrodynamic conditions on calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate dehydrate simultaneous precipitation are presented. The experiments were carried out in a continuously working crystallizer of volume of 0.4 dm(3) and forced circulation by means of the stirrer. The influence of the reaction mixture concentration, location of the feed, unit power input and stirrer diameter on the particle size distribution and filtration efficiency have been examined. The field of the reagents concentration and mixing conditions for optimum filtration efficiency have been determined.
