摘要
The cathodes of accelerators intended for generating an ultrashort electron beam in air at atmospheric pressure were studied. A cathode allowing an increase in the amplitude of the beam current behind the foil by several times has been developed. The beam current amplitude obtained at a half-height pulse duration of similar to 100 ps is similar to 80 A.
