摘要
This paper firstly analyzes the influence of E-commerce to enterprise management from the enterprise management pattern, the enterprise organizational structure, the pattern of market operation, the enterprise marketing activity, the method of enterprise production and the management of talented people, and then gives some suggestion for enterprise to deal with the challenge.
