A Wireless Sensor Utilizing Ultrasound for Wireless Power and Data Transmission

摘要
This paper presents a wireless sensing system utilizing ultrasound for wireless power transfer and data transmission. A central node transmits high-power ultrasonic waves towards the transducer of the sensor node. The sensor node performs power rectification, measures the temperature with a thermocouple, and transmits the encoded temperature back to the central node using on-off keying (OOK) modulated ultrasonic waves. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of using ultrasound as a medium for wireless power and data transmission.
