摘要
To clarify the degradation process of defatted oil palm mesocarp fiber in a subcritical water system. The reducing sugar content of degradation products were determined, under the 160 degrees C to 220 degrees C in the different response time. Based on seaman model, using the experimental data fits subcritical hydrolysis reaction kinetic parameters, establish its dynamic model. The analysis results indicated that degradation temperature is the most significant factor which influences the degradation of the target product. The initial degradation reaction activation energy of defatted oil palm mesocarp fiber was 49.48 kJ/mol and reducing sugar degradation activation energy was 62.68kJ/mol.
