摘要
Calcium- and lanthanum-doped barium titanate (LBCT) bulk powders of perovskite type were prepared by a sol-gel process; BaCO3, CaCO3, La(CH3COO)(3),nH(2)O and Ti[OCH(CH3)(2)](4) were used as starting materials and lactic-acid, acetic acid and bistilled water as solvents. The temperature effect on amorphous LBCT powders was studied busing thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential, thermal analysis (DTA), Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electrons microscopy (SEM). Experimental results showed that LBCT powders annealed at 900degreesC crystallize in a perovskite phase.
