摘要：
The paper presents the mail aspects regarding the financial crisis prevention. The goal is to highlight the importance of proper financial management in case of economic crisis. There were used theoretical study and observation method, revealing the way to apply financial management measures at Romanian level. The results showed that, both for Romania and EU, financial institutions should avoid taking excessive risks and implement an efficient internal control system. For that, it is necessary at European Union level to take measures for financial crisis management
