摘要
The Rayleigh-Brillouin light scattering in chalcogenide glasses of the Ge-Sb-S system in the (Sb2S3)(x)(GeS2)(100-x) (x = 0-50) set is investigated. The longitudinal hypersonic velocity, the high-frequency C, longitudinal elastic modulus, the extinction coefficient at the wavelength λ = 0.6328 μ m, and the Landau-Placzek ratio are determined.
