摘要
The preparation of nanocrystalline (Ti,M)(CN)-Ni and (Ti,M-1,M-2)(CN)-Ni powders from various mixtures of oxides is described. The method involved mechanical alloying, carbo-thermal reduction and nitridation. The resulting powders were solid-solution agglomerates with a crystallites size of similar to 30 nm. The powders were chemically pure and had low oxygen content compared to commercial micron grade materials. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
