摘要
Educational inclusion is closely related to the principle of education for all. In this sense, this article analyzes the regulations created to guarantee inclusion and attention to diversity, also addresses educational management as a key piece to achieve inclusion, alternatives that promote equal rights to all those citizens who are in situation of inequality, recognizing human-centered education as a right throughout fife and guaranteeing the holistic development of people with emphasis on the development of their potential and skills for their integration and participation in equal conditions to the society. it concludes with the need to rethink the management of the teaching director using mechanisms of action in their work for the attention to diversity that can be found in the educational center that directs and involving with the appropriate leadership to the whole community: teachers, managers, Students, parents and society.
